Pointe Fenton
Pointe Fenton is a 12 acres site
located at I-44 across from Soccer Park in Fenton, Missouri.
The Development team of NEC Commercial and Matrix Commons,
LLC formed a partnership, Pointe Fenton LLC, and purchased
the property from Jerry Ackerman in 2005. The site was
filled and compacted under the supervision of SCI
Engineering to create ten useable acres ready for
development.
The Campus setting includes two 60,000
square foot office warehouse buildings facing I-44. The
first class buildings are designed to provide a visible,
Class A appearance from I-44 with flexibility in interior
finish to meet any company’s needs. Building I was
completed in Fall of 2008 and now home to Eaton Electrical
and Champion window.
Building II was recently completed in
Shell condition and will soon be home to Brown Mackie
College.

Route 66 Business Park
Route 66 Business Park is a 17 acre
Industrial Development located on the Western Border of St.
Louis County in Pacific, Missouri. The property was
originally a six story manufacturing plant that had been
vacated since the early 1980’s. NEC Commercial demolished
the former plant and created Industrial Zoned lots ranging
from 1 to five acres and a 12,000sf Office Warehouse that
was sold to Clarkson Eyecare in July of 2008. There is
currently seven acres remaining that are zoned M-1 for Light
Industrial use and have retail/showroom appeal from the
1,000 linear feet of frontage on Business Loop 44.
Another Unique feature to Route 66
Business Park is the over 80,000sf of caves that originated
from mining Silica Sand used in Brick Manufacturing. Current
plans are to blast another 100,000sf of cave designed for
climate controlled storage. The year round 60 degree
temperature allows companies to store temperature sensitive
products without the high utility costs of an above-ground
warehouse.

Route 66 Marketplace
Route 66 Marketplace is a 73,000sf
Retail Center located in Pacific, Missouri. The building was
originally built by Wal-Mart in 1973. In the Mid-1990s
Wal-Mart moved to a new location in Eureka. The center has
been occupied by several retailers over the years and had
become rundown and nearly vacant.
We purchased the property in 2006 and
began major Renovations. Improvements to the Center included
a new façade on the front elevation, new roof, HVAC units,
masonry columns, paint, parking area, pylon sign and several
others creating the look of brand new shopping center.
Route 66 Marketplace is now fully
leased and occupied by Queen’s IGA grocery store, Orscheln
Farm and Home store and Dollar General.

Supercenter and across from East Central College.

completed in 2007. Tenants in Phase One include Missouri
Baptist University, Tan Co., Subway, Snap Fitness, Traffic
Law Center, Union Nail, Advance America, and T’s Liquor

construction, location, and the need for retailers in the
growing city of Union has made this project a success.
